I'm new here.

There were a lot of inside jokes on Get Smart and I got most of them.

Dr. Yes, the Tequila Mockingbird, Shtarker, etc.

But there was one I couldn't figure out. Betty Oiskin. Where is that from?

Thanks. Didn't notice this until now. It acknowledges that the character existed but doesn't really explain where the name came from or what it means. It may be so obscure that it is a reference to someone's family.
