Oh No 100 Reasons Why Family Guy SHOULD Cancel...

Family Guy has been riding under the tailcoats of The Simpsons since its debut...but now it's becoming more like The Simpsons and it should end! Here's why...

1-Too many Peter Griffin episodes, not enough Stewie and Brian episodes.
2-Too political!
3-Unfunny blasphemy! Blasphemy isn't funny in the first place, but if it isn't meant to be cruel, then...
4-Not that many good cut scenes.
5-Too violent!

Any more?

Family Guy is fine. Better than most live-action comedies. If you don't like it, don't watch it. If you're a thin-skinned Republican or religious nut then watch something more attuned to your intelligence, like Dancing with the Stars.

6. Too many unecessary cutaways
7. All the characters are carictures
8. Too sexist
9. Too racist
10. Too much of Seths' characters

Cutaways have always been a part of the program. Again, if you don't like it, don't watch it.
You misspelled caricatures.

caricature: a picture, description, or imitation of a person in which certain striking characteristics are exaggerated in order to create a comic or grotesque effect.

All sitcoms have caricatures. Deal with it.

Too sexist/racist. Hardly. But you have a vendetta against Family Guy, so I guess you have to make up something. But again, if you don't like it, don't watch it.

Seth MacFarlane created the series and voices most of the characters, so of course, his characters have more screen time. Or did you also mean Seth Green (Seths' as you wrote, is plural)? Which would make even less sense since you're adding another character to the list of too many appearances.

Stop complaining about a TV show. If you don't like it, no one is twisting your arm to watch.

The cutaways are so SH*TTY now. Most of them aren’t even funny and it’s like you can tell the writers were so clueless what to put on paper next. What next, an apparent cutaway gag about a father being married to his long lost daughter followed by a random insert of Quagmire going “giggity giggity” for the rest of the episode?

I dislike Family Guy more often than I like it. But at the same time, some of the funniest bits I've ever seen on television were episodes of this show.

I thought that one of the cardinal rules that TJ put in the TOS listed in the announcements section, was to NOT go into a specific show's forum, and start bashing it?

I think a better place for this sort of thing would be in the "General Sitcoms and News" section?
