You can't get it digitally unless you have a local affiliate.

I'm kind of surprised Rewind TV, owned by Nexstar, didn't clear on WPHL 17, a Nexstar owned station.

As WPHL shares a frequency with WUVP, maybe it is capped at only 3 subchannels. Antenna is on one of the subchannels, and maybe WPHL/Nexstar can't drop CourtTV or Comet by contract yet. Then again, WPSG also airs Comet, so not sure really why it can't be dropped off to make room for Rewind TV.

Antenna TV is better so you dont need it. Im in philly too
