1)In one episode, Melinda's talking about an underworld below Grandview where some of the local dead people's souls go to. Did she say "damaged" or "damned"?
2)In "The One," the soul of the dead flight attendant drops down into the ground. Does that mean what I think it means?

1)Melinda said "damaged." She said "where all the damaged souls in Grandview go" in the third season's "The Grave Sitter" episode.
2)The flight attendant's soul dropped down into the ground several times, but it ultimately stayed above ground and went into the light.
