Default So stupid to have the Mrs Roper appear and not ask these questions

When Mrs Roper appeared and hugs Janet and Jack she never asked where Chrissy is And then when Cindy comes in and Janet says this is Chrissy's cousin, you would think she would say........"Nice to meet you, where is Chrissy lol

I mean we know why but that means dont have them appear on the show because it would not make sense for them not to ask where Chrissy is

The normal reaction after seeing Janet and then Jack would have been to say......"where is chrissy?

Another statement Mrs roper would have asked is when she went to Furley's apt and would said........."Wow this place looks nothing like it did when 2 years ago

It was good to see The Ropers again but they were so unsuspecting and so uncurious.

Right, neither Stanley or Helen made a comment about their old place

Who knows though, they COULD have been in contact with the Ropers, off-screen, after they left. Perhaps they corresponded by phone or letters and either Jack or Janet told the Ropers that Chrissy had moved out.

Also maybe they had even visited off-screen... if I remember rightly, the Ropers already seemed to know Mr. Furley.

Ppl seem to assume that just b/c we the audience don't see something happen it didn't happen, when we are only seeing a small portion of the characters' lives.

But in all I thought it was a strange episode... sorta COLD or something... Especially the way Helen and Jack interacted, Jack and Helen always seemed to have almost a mother/son type bond, but here he suggests that she go to a hotel... the Jack of old I think would have gladly let her have his bed.

Jack probably didnt see the point since she wasnt that far from her house. And I forgot Furley did meet roper off camera
