I read Mary's autobiography several months ago. I was a little surprised that she came right out and admitted she rejected Dick Cavett because of his lack of height -- and apparently for no other reason. I guess it's commendable that she was being perfectly honest in her writing, but I don't think it was necessary to tell us that kind of specific reason.
