I DVRd the 2 episodes of this that ME TV showed a couple weeks ago and I just watched them last night. The 2nd one was when Andy & Helen brought there baby to Mayberry to be christened. Was there ever am episode of MRFD where the baby was born?

Nope! And there never would be another appearance or reference to Opie's little half-brother again- not even in the TV movie 'Return to Mayberry' so I'd like to think as soon as he was old enough, he ran away to Aunt Bee and Ellie Walker.
