Me too. Also no It's a Living...yet. And we know for sure that Antenna TV will now be solely dedicated to the '50s, '60s and '70s (although I'm sure some exceptions like Johnny Carson, Three's Company, The Jeffersons, Alice, One Day at a Time, etc. will be made that ran until the '80s but had most of their run in the 1970s). Also would be nice to see shows like Charles in Charge, Kate & Allie & Perfect Strangers on here.

We probably won't get the channel because our area no longer has Antenna TV, but you never know though.

Does anyone by any chance know what the affiliate lineup will be?

I think it's safe to say that most of the stations carrying Antenna TV right now will carry Rewind TV starting in September, especially now that the Scripps-owned stations will be going to the ION stations instead, like Court TV, Laff, and Grit, so it'll definitely open up more channel space for Rewind TV. Cable...who knows. Locally, I'm sure it'll depend on the area.

Here in Peoria, Illinois WMBD is our CBS affiliate and is owned by Nexstar. The subchannels they currently have are Bounce, Laff, and Court TV Mystery. And we lost Antenna TV a little over a year ago and I suspect that Antenna and the new Rewind channel will head to WMBD once the contract for the current subchannels they carry expire.

"broadly accepted" 😆 way to project your opinion. Eighties had plenty of classics, it was also the decade that the family sitcom came back in a big way.

Yeah, at the start of the year there were rumors that Antenna Tv was gonna do a spin-off channel with 80s and 90s shows.

FYI: The Drew Carey Show, The John Larroquette Show, & Suddenly Susan aren't coming until 2022 on Rewind TV. Caroline in the City comes in the fall.

Since Rewind will be airing The John Laroquette Show, they might as well get Dave's World also. Mr. Belvedere really should be brought back. The Wonder Years, Boy Meets World, and Blossom would be nice pickups, the Savage brothers' shows would be a natural pairing. I want both Antenna TV and Rewind, but not at the expense of LAFF. Bounce, whatever Escape became, Justice, and Grit I wouldn't miss if they left.

Thank you for posting this info. Like another poster said I hope Antenna TV will Return to more older programming.

I do have some questions hopefully the blog or other posters can answer.

1. I hope I won’t loose Antenna TV for Rewind. Like another poster said I hope they add Rewind to the next channel up though. When will people know if they get Rewind and when will they know if there Antenna TV status isn’t being jeopardize.

2. The article says Antenna TV will be airring 60’s and 70’s. Does this mean mainly 60’s & 70’s. There not going to neglect 50’s programming?

3. Remembering how NICK at NITE & TVLand were back in the day. Will Who’s The Boss only air on Rewind or will it air on both? Same with Holiday Programming example Christmas Through The Years stunt. Will the stunt air on both channels or will Antenna TV have there own Christmas stunt while Rewind has there own Christmas stunt?

4. With a lot of shows already left or will leave Antenna is this an indication that Antenna TV will be adding ALOT of different older programming in September? There not planning on Returning Antenna TV Theater? If so any teasers on the shows coming to Antenna TV in September 2021?

5. It says Johnny Carson will still air on Antenna TV every Weeknight is that the Johnny Carson from the 60’s & 70’s or is it Johnny Carson from the 80’s & 90’s on Antenna TV?

Out of all the diginets coming this year, Rewind TV is more interesting to me. The others, not so much.

Maybe Antenna TV can show quality tv shows for once. The 1980s had a lot of junk and with a few exceptions (The Golden Girls, Cheers, Roseanne, and The Cosby Show), there just weren't many good sitcoms. Most of those 80s sitcoms have aged poorly too
