Hard to believe they messed it up from Season 1 to 2

Original Season 1 was Office # 715
Season 2 the same office the number went to # 751

Was it a set setup mistake ?

Yes most likely the set director screwed up!
S1 Dr Robert Hartley Ph.D Office #715
S2E13 episode entitled My Wife Belongs To Daddy Emily her Dad "Junior" Bob’s office reads #715
S2E14 entitled T.S. Elliot Bob office reads #751
Set decorator mixed up 1 & 5 transposing 715 for 751!
Bob's office stayed #751 for rest of series except
S2E24 A Matter of Principal has Bob's office back to #715 as patient inside but after patient exits see door in background and has #751!

maybe the were filmed in sequence BUT later numbered & named & released NOT in the sequence (?)
