It doesn't really give time for a shower, but MY PERSONAL theme song for the first 10 minutes of my everyday (waking up, getting dressed, splashing some water on my face and brushing teeth) is Chuck Mangione's Feel So Good. There is a nice progression in the song that is perfect for waking up slowly and getting started.
