Throughout the run of this show, there were episodes that dealt with prejudice against blacks, Polish people, Hispanics and the Chinese. You could say that the character of Julie received prejudice because of her need to wear eyeglasses. You could also make a case that the character of Katie was like a caricature of a person with relatively low intelligence. Although there were characters who were Jewish, I do not remember them ever being the victims of prejudice. Well, another ethnic group that I remember being mentioned but not in a derogatory was is the Irish. However, one show in which I remember there being one episode that had to do with prejudice against the Irish is "Friends". A few days ago, I posted a thread about this issue on the "Friends" page of this site. I called it "Luck of the Irish". Just like my two most recent posts on this page this one has no replies. I am now telling you guys about it as one more attempt to stimulate some conversation.
