I keep hearing about Coming To America II and I would like to know more about it? I do know that in Coming To America Eddie Murphy's character was on a quest to find a wife so he can get married. So does Coming To America II follow the prince played by Eddie Murphy and his new family? My mom adores Coming To America and she was curious about the sequel

I saw it last night and enjoyed it. It's not as funny as the first one, but it was good to see the original actors again. The spinoff concern's Prince Akeem's son. I laughed a lot.

We re watched the original, then the sequel, definitely no where near as good as the original, but still fun.
Would have liked to have seen Eddie and Arsenio play more new characters. It was funny that the characters from the barbershop are still alive and kicking after 30 years.
