Default Interesting facts about large numbers

7 billion people on earth, 7,000,000,000

3 trillion trees on earth, 3,000,000,000,000

a quadrillion ants on earth, 1,000,000,000,000,000

a quintillion drinking glasses to empty all the world's oceans, 1,000,000,000,000,000,000

100 quintillion words and sounds have been uttered throughout all human history, 100,000,000,000,000,000,000

a sextillion grains of sand on earth, 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000

a septillion stars, 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000

There are more ways to arrange 14 coins than there are people on the planet.

There are more ways to arrange 20 cigarettes than there are humans who have EVER lived all throughout history.

When you shuffle a deck of cards, chances are no other deck of cards in the world has ever been in that particular order, and no other deck ever will be

Any more?

So then there are a thousand grains of sand on earth for every drinking glassful of water in the oceans...Fascinating....thanks for sharing this.

I thought Millillion or Thousillion was the largest named "illion" number... would be the 1000th illion....

Then there is Googolplexian....1 with a googolplex 0s, which is 1 with a googol 0s.

I think Grahams number is the biggest number with actual usage. So large there is no room in the whole universe to write it out even if you were writing each digit the size on an atom! That is large! lol
