Love that! My dad had a chance to be an extra in the Blues Brothers but figured it would be a flop no one remembered. He regrets it of course.

Not Dad’s fault. You never know with SNL movies. Sometimes you get The Blues Brothers or Wayne’s World. And sometimes you get It’s Pat or A Night At The Roxbury.

Overall I think men have it a little easier than women. Men don't have to put makeup on their faces, men don't have breasts and don't have to wear bras, and men don't have to go through that monthly cycle which I imagine is rather unpleasant and not a great deal of fun.

Very true. The SNL hits are much smaller than the flops. Ironically both the Blues Brothers and Wayne's World are set around the Chicago area. I've actually seen It's Pat, what a strange movie (though did have Ween).

Women don't have to put on makeup either. A lot of them think it is necessary or they like it. But there are people like my mom who almost never put on makeup, and this has basically been her whole life. Ironically her mother and my grandmother refused to go anywhere in public without their makeup being fully applied for the day.

I rarely wear makeup because I don't have to unless I have a flare up.

Chicago must make the difference. If A Night At The Roxbury had been A Night At The Spybar (conveniently located at 646 North Franklin St) it would have been a megahit.

I was a virgin until I was 40 and when I did lose my virginity it was to my wife. I could've had sex before then, but I was saving myself for marriage.
