Default What connection did Ray and Debra Ramone have to Doug and Carrie?

Just trying to make sense of the crossover since the Ramones lived in Long Island and Doug and Carrie lived in Queens.

ok thanks

someone posted false information on imdb that the season 2 episode Dire Strayts was the only time a member from the Barone family made an appearance on KOQ

In another episode, Doug runs into Ray at a Queen supermarket. Found it odd that Ray would be food shopping in Queens.

I think Kevin was on a couple of different Raymonds, once as Doug and once (earlier) as himself, I think. May for the earlier episode KOQ had started yet.

On the one where he was Doug they were going to try to pull some scam on Debra so they could go play golf. Typical Ray.

Stupid... what the hell was a Long Island resident doing in Queens taking a driving test??? And then the episode with him at the Queens supermarket... again, what the hell was he doing all the way out there??? Dumb writers.

Hell, if Ray was randomly on The Nanny, a whole other 90s show that has nothing to do with ELR, anything is possible.

Ray and Doug were friends. I have tried to look on Wiki on how they met but that’s the relationship of them all.

They met at the DMV in Queens while taking a driving test which is ridiculous because Ray lives in Massapequa, Long Island. He had no business being at the Queens DMV to take a driving test.

Yes... the driving-test episode is even more odd, having Ray there- unless New York City residents can taker their driving test in any of the five boroughs. But even then...

I believe all of Kevin James' ELR appearances were as Kevin- none as Doug.

I live in New York. New York residents take their driving test only in the county that they live in. Ray lived in Massapequa, Long Island which is Nassau County. He should have taken his test in Nassau County only, not Rego Park, Queens.
