Since 16mm prints (and video transfers from those) have been going around collectors for at least 3 1/2 decades, the show had to been sold overseas at some point for Columbia Pictures Television/Screen Gems to strike up 16mm prints.

Weren't 16mm prints also made in those days for smaller UHF network affiliates?

Sony owned Screen Gems shows I'd like to see again in addition to Love on a Rooftop: The Ugliest Girl in Town, The Girl With Something Extra, The Paul Lynde Show (remastered), and the missing Bob Crane seasons of The Donna Reed Show.
