The old Huckleberry Hound Show (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Hu...rry_Hound_Show) and Yogi Bear Show, Quick Draw McGraw Show, were syndicated, and were shown in the evening, on most stations, it seems.

I do agree the toons that were part of those shows were definitely aimed at kids. With toonie the tuna and all that other stuff between cartoons, they have to be aiming at kids, too, as well as adults.

Totally agree. I don't find cartoon animals with an accent offensive, per se. And I don't know why anyone would.

I seem to remember the Jetsons coming on Sundays at 830pm after Disney.

With the success of the cartoons and the addition of The Jetsons later this month, I'd love to see some lesser known Hanna-Barbera shows on METV such as Quick Draw McGraw, The Penelope Pitstop Show, Magilla Gorilla, The Yogi Bear Show among some others. I'd even love to see the Scooby Doo- Movies on METV as well

They could move the Saturday morning cartoon block start time to 6:00am est and extend it to four hours. That way they could include an 1hr of HB shorts like Yogi, Huckleberry and etc. I figure Scooby Doo will eventually find it's way to the Sunday morning schedule alongside The Flintstones and Jetsons.

(disagrees with the part of the message I had boldened; remembers having often liked episodes of a certain TV program named "The Jetsons" I had believed were originally broadcast between the calendar years 1985 and 1987)
