It is so, so great to see those two ladies together. Loved how they love each other.

Nice also to see Nancy enjoyed Game of Thrones. I'm a huge fan as well.

I like that Nancy M. said she is afraid of motorcycles and has no mechanical ability at all. Mindy said that she was too young for the theme of "Fear Strikes Back." Mindy also said Cloris Leachman was an inspiration to her.

I really like the relantionship between the girls (now women) in real life, they're still close friends. It's interesting that Mindy things Fear Strikes Back was written early for her character

I watched this last night. It was so refreshing to listen to Nancy after she's been "in hiding" for so many years, or as she called it, a "gap in her CV." I can't believe she lived like what 16-17 years with TV or Internet?! It sounded like she needed a break from the LA life and acting world.

My favorite part was when they asked her what people have the biggest misconception about her and she said motorcycles and she knew nothing about them, or people walked up to her expecting her to know something. She must've been a real good actress if people expected her to do something in real life than her character did.

I also found it interesting how Mindy said that Nancy doesn't cry on cue, but gets into the moment. The other thing that I thought was interesting was how she compared herself to her brother Phillip and wondered why she couldn't get any acting gigs at her age, and then how she mentioned that Aaron Spelling finally recognized her and she landed parts on Starsky & Hutch and The Love Boat.

I really loved this. It was heartfelt. I loved how she mentioned that they bond like sisters. Not a whole lot was mentioned about The Facts of Life but I suppose it was a nice retreat from that.

Yeah, clearly she wanted to raise her family outside of the distractions of Hollywood. But now, I fear, it will be a bit like going from Amish to English for her and her family. It's cool, now, that they can stream HBO and Netflix.

I didn't quite understand why this assertion angered Mindy. Whether someone can cry on cue or get in the moment and cry, the result is the same.

I was grateful we got as much FOL talk as we did. Nancy rarely discusses it, as we all know. So this felt good, felt natural.

Right! I also think most pedophiles/sexual offenders would choose young girls or boys as victims. Natalie was still a teenage girl in season 3 so the story was believable

I would have loved for Mindy to do a part 2 where she dug a little deeper into her 'Facts' past. I would love to hear some juicy stuff about her contract dispute, why the show didn't continue to season 10, why she really didn't want to be in the reunion movie (and what she thought of it), and what it felt like to be the "new girl" in season 2.

All good questions. But even getting Nancy into the same screen as her FOL co-stars is exceedingly rare.

Maybe Nancy answers some of those questions in the "Where's She From?"* podcast from a couple of years ago? It was long, very personable, and very enjoyable. It made me have a whole new respect for her.
