Actually, I would have to say Jesse (Charlie Schlatter) because, by the time I
began watching the show, Jack (Scott Baio) had already left. Interestingly, in
Lee Goldberg's novelization of the show ("DIAGNOSIS MURDER: THE SILENT
PARTNER"), he describes Dr. Jack Stewart as looking like an older version of
Chachi of HAPPY DAYS!

Jack was good bus Jesse was more fun to watch!

I liked the way Jesse interacted with Dr. Sloan.

I'm going with Jessie b/c I had a huge crush on Charlie Schlatter. Funny that I never kept up with Diagnosis Murder, however!
