Default Chocolate Pepsi

Finally, things are looking up

Chocolate Pepsi? Brand announces 'Cocoa' Cola flavor

The drink not only contains cocoa flavor but a hint of marshmallow, too.

There's gonna be Chocolate Pepsi? What a surprise because people like myself love chocolate and from what I imagine it to taste like it will possibly taste like Yoo-Hoo or an chocolate Ensure shake. I also wonder if this is Pepsi's new holiday soda for 2020? Because around the holidays Pepsi always has a habit of introducing new sodas like their Holiday Spice Pepsi and many others. If Chocolate Pepsi is a big seller i'm sure that they will begin selling year round after Christmas

This just doesn't sound appealing to me, although I enjoy chocolate and Pepsi, separately, that is!

All of this sounds kind of yucky to me - I don’t even care for Cherry Coke.

Just give me my Coke Zero straight up please. Or a straight up Diet Dr. Pepper or diet Hires Root Beer. (In my order of preference.)

I agree. I definitely like Coke Zero far more than Diet Pepsi. All the flavored colas, regardless of brand, sound truly yucky to me.

Never seen Virgil’s - is it sugar free, cause that’s all I drink.

I’ve tried the Zevia brands and don’t care for them.

In.an old movie that Michael Lembeck is in " A summer without boys" he was SO CUTE in this !! But back to the point of my post ! This movie took place in the 1940's , there was a scene in a diner/ lunch counter that they ordered " Chocolate sodas" ! The scene changed and they never actually showed the chocolate sodas ! I'm thinking they were like chocolate sundaes ? Ice cream floats or something ? Not actually chocolate soda? !

Makes me hungry for a vanilla icecream with rootbeer float !! YUMMY ! I'm not really a chocolate fan !

Yeah, mostly a soda in name only. Here’s one recipe with the ingredients and directions to make some....

Ingredients

1/2 cup chocolate syrup, such as Fox's U-Bet Chocolate Syrup

8 scoops French vanilla ice cream

2 cups cold club soda

Whipped cream, for garnish

Maraschino cherries, for garnish

Directions
In four 16-ounce glasses, squirt 1 tablespoon of the chocolate syrup in the bottom of the glasses. Scoop out 2 scoops of ice cream in each and top with another tablespoon of the chocolate syrup. Fill each glass with club soda, and top with whipped cream and a cherry.
