I'll be a vegetarian three years in February. I just added to my post that on that plate there was veggie chicken nuggets. We usually get this veggie turkey roll, but one of the workers at the supermarket said they didn't have it this year. i couldn't find anything remotely like a veggie turkey/roast/anything around here so I just made whatever i had.

I had some of the leftover turkey and mashed potatoes for lunch yesterday, but I forgot to have cranberry sauce.
