Happy Thanksgiving evabody !

as a fairly recent vegetarian who decided to just stay home and avoid a big family gettogether, we basically cheated and got Chinese food last night for robyn to pig out on today and I had mac 'n cheese, mashed potatoes, brussels sprouts and a Morningstar patty then banana cream pie for desert.

I had the traditional: turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing and Sparkling Ice Apple soda.

Nope. Wanted to try to keep my blood sugar from going too high. Tried making sugar-free cranberry sauce last year but it tasted awful—and the regular stuff is poison for me. But I will make my low-carb crustless pumpkin pie in a little while, with Splenda, a dash of milk, and egg whites to bind it. It’s great with whipped cream.

Chinese food is actually pretty awesome on holidays. We might do that for Christmas.

I feel like all pie is improved with whipped cream.

More specifically, Cool Whip.

Had to step away but wanted to wish you all a Happy rest-of-Thanksgiving if I'm not able to post anymore.

Oh and a hello to Ashlee - I haven't seen you forever! (in which Ashlee goes WHO THE HELL ARE YOU?)

Have a great holiday, everyone ;p.
