I have never seen this segment! Anyone know if it's on the forbidden site? I have, what I thought, was the original broadcast of season 4 ep 19 but this segment is not on that episode even though the online guide says it is.

I agree that he was very handsome, but more importantly he was a stand up guy who went through great lengths to find his son. Fortunately, they were reunited, but sadly Arthur has since passed away. Here's a link about the case:
