I was also disappointed that Grady was never in the same scene as Esther, woody and Bubba. It defeated the purpose of the crossover

The scene with the Sanford and Son gang was nevertheless still very funny. I couldn't stop laughing when Ester's wig fell off and the gentleman kept trying to put it back on. Budda was kind of bold in this episode because he came after Ester in a style that Fred was know for. I don't know what Woody thought he was going to do by confronting Bubba but that scene was hilarious.

Yeah it was funny but I still thought Grady would be around them. I should have figured it out when they posted screen shots on the DVD and esther wasnt in no scenes with Grady. lol

And I liked how woody called Bubba him BOOOBA

LOL. I kinda wish that these characters appeared more often. They were actually more entertaining than the cast of Grady. I liked the show but it wasn't nearly as good as Sanford and Son.

Sanford Arms and Sanford also didn't really catch on either. Neither of these shows had the magic that Sanford and Son captured. I'm shocked that Sandord made it 2 seasons because Fred and Cal were not as good together as Fred and Lamont.

I'm just happy to own every show in the Sanford and Son universe. There are still 2 missing episodes of Sanford Arms that may never be found but at least everything else is present and accounted for.

I like Cal more because Fred jokes were funnier because he was really fat. Lamont never came off to me as a dummy so I never really laughed at those jokes

I also noticed how the Christmas ep had a christmas closing theme instead of the normal closing theme

Yesterday I found another site called Rewatch Classics that has a lot of the same shows that Mantronix has in their stores. I'm going to check out their reviews and do some research on them if I decide to place a purchase on that site. I don't trust most online sellers because there are so many scams going on these days.

I liked iOffer when it was around but there were also several scammers on the site. That and the several copyright claims they were hit with caused them to cease operations last year.

Based on your review Angie, I placed an order with that seller for GLORIA and some 1970s cartoons I've been wanting for a long time. I just ordered yesterday and already I have received a "Shipped" notification. I am in Canada so hopefully they don't take too long to clear Customs. I will post some screen captures once they arrive.

I really miss i-Offer and Sell.com. I was able to get some great sets from those sites in the past, like the complete My Three Sons, The Ropers, Three's a Crowd, The 5 Mrs. Buchanans and others I am likely forgetting. I still had more on my Want List before they shut them down.

You won't be disappointed. The set is amazing. Since you're in Canada you can also watch this series along with a bunch of other classics on CTV Throwback. They have the entire series of a lot of classic sitcoms.

ABP gets listed next month and My Two Dads gets listed tomorrow. So excited for both shows.

The seller will be adding the entire series of Fish in the coming months. That's another one I've been waiting for. I have been wanting to see season 2 since season 1 was released as a bonus with Barney Miller's complete set.
