The dragon on Tic Tac Dough!
I was a regular watcher of this game show in the early 1980's. And when the dragon popped out of the box and roared, that was one of the most entertaining parts of the show because I was to young to know most of the answers to the questions. You might be surprised, but there is a cult following, albeit small, for this character, because I saw someone in town with this dragon on a T shirt! So, does anyone know if this dragon had a name? Did this character ever appear on some kind of animated cartoon show on cable TV? If not I would like to name him right here: PUFF! The magic dragon!

You could probably get away with PUFF if you spell it differently. Sort of like when pro wrestler TAZ went to WWE and became TAZZ to avoid copyright infringement from Looney Tunes.
