Which sitcoms created and/or produced by Garry Marshall failed to make it past one season?

Joanie Loves Chachi had two seasons. Season 1 was four episodes and season 2 was 13 episodes.

Nothing In Common, 1987 NBC. Based on the 1986 Tom Hanks/Jackie Gleason feature directed by Gary Marshall.

"Hey, Landlord" (1966-1967 NBC/31 episodes) was the first show he co-created and co-produced (With Jerry Belson) , and it only lasted a season.
(And some of the scripts were reused for "The Odd Couple" and "Laverne and Shirley"!) |

This was a rather lame show about a man stuck with a wife and two kids who refused to see any problems with having a chimp living in the family home.
The only interesting part in retrospect (besides this show essentially killing the leading man Ted Bessell's further chances of being a sitcom regular) is that his daughter Kitty was played by one Kami Cotler who would play the youngest child on 'The Waltons' the next season- the show that took over 'Me and the Chimp's' timeslot on the same network! So, any fans who watched the former show just for her appearances, didn't have to change channels or write reminders of when the latter show came on! |

This deceased director does not film any good projects (sitcoms and movies) at all back when he was alive, TBH, IMO.
