Two observations:

1. Todd went to the Warren Littlefield School of Mathematics.

1. He mentioned Jamie Gertz, but she didn't come on the show until years later.

Here's another thing that was really off. No way would he have been 8 years old when making Fish since Fish premiered in 1977 and Todd was born in 1965.

Maybe his past history of substance abuse took a toll on his recall memory.

He's definitely an unreliable narrator. He couldn't even remember Molly Ringwald's name.

You would think he would remember working with one of the biggest Hollywood stars of the 80s on an episode of Different Strokes. I don't think we know how much interaction Todd did with the Facts of Life girls on Rough Housing, but in "The Slumber Party", he did with 4 of them.
