Episode from my childhood

Hi all, I’m a newby, wandered here on a quest...

When I was small I saw an episode of “Alfred Hitchcock Presents”. (I think) about a sailplane where the pilot was stabbed before takeoff and then mysteriously returned years later to the same field as a skeleton to confront his murderer. Does anyone know which episode this was?

Also, an episode where George Segal was a famous artist who made life sized plaster sculptures and used them to conceal bodies of his murder victims.

Please any help will be much appreciated.
