Default Chris Mann - Come And Knock On My Door (Re-Issue)

I read somewhere recently (I wish I could find the article) that Chris Mann is working on an updated version to the book Come And Knock On My Door. It will be the same book but with updates since it was last published. Has anyone else heard anything? Release date?

I haven't heard or seen anything about this reissue. It would be great if Mann would do a new version. Lot's of new stuff has come out about the show and what happened behind the scenes. And I would like to have a hardback edition of the book. What would be better is to have one of those over sized coffee table books 11" x 14" filled with color photos and such from the show. Like the book " The Art and Soul of Blade Runner 2049" by Tanya Lapointe. Somebody should ask him about the reissue on Facebook or Twitter.

If it does I hope it answers these questions

1. Why Norman Fell appeared in Night of the Ropers in 1981 if he was upset that he couldnt return to Three's Company in 1980?

2. Why Joyce Dewitt missed the season 3 episode "Stanley's Hotline"

I think #2 was answered but not 100% sure

How about where Lana and Cindy Snow disappeared to?

And why did the amount of the apartment rent fluctuate at random instances?

One thing that I especially liked about that episode was the brief appearance of the girl at the pub named Lola. I thought that she looked really classy in her denim dress. On top of that, I thought that the brown leather purse that went over her shoulder really dressed up her attire.
