Are the episodes on the DVD restored/remastered? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I’ve been watching the show on Antenna TV, and am a little disappointed with the picture quality of the color episodes - some of them are pretty faded and grainy. When I compare it to the other Screen Gems shows of the time, it’s in pretty bad shape. Did they do any work to make the look better on the DVDs?

I have seasons 1-4 on dvd and all appear to be remastered. The Shout Factory seasons even have the original, correct various openings and correct Screen Gems closing logos. Most all are full episodes and not edited.
