I think about 17 cents an episode is a pretty darn good bargain !

You don't like Sabrina ? It's a great show with the funny talking black cat Salem !

Can't beat a buck.

Haven't watched in years. The wife and I watched it when it was originally on, then watched with my daughter when she was younger when it re ran.

The other, darker show on Netflix is also good, it's based on the comic book series of the same name Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.

The voice of Salem is Nick Bakay, he produced King Of Queens, and wrote several episodes, plus he co wrote with Kevin James both of the Paul Blart movies. And he played several roles throughout King Of Queens.

I was at the dollar store near me on Saturday. They didn't have any TV shows on DVD.

Cool ! That Netflix version sounds neat !! I love spooky stuff , I never heard of it before , I'd love to check it out ! Only been familiar with Sabrina the TV comedy and the cartoon Sabrina from the late 60's early 70's that was an Archie's spinoff , that was cute, haven't seen it in years , but I remember as a little girl liking it !!

Yeah, I first watched Sabrina the teenage witch with my Sons when they were kids on Friday nights first run ! My older boy had a little crush on Sabrina , and I was thinking Melissa Joan Hart seemed to be such a sweet , wholesome girl I'd love him to get a girl like her when he got older !!

Really enjoyed this 6 pack of the Christmas eps. , finished them today, and yeah ya can't beat a buck !! I had seen this show recently, Antenna ran it for a while a couple years ago, but it was cool finding it at the Dollar tree , I was like " OMG ,Sabrina , I love this show " and Christmas eps.are so much fun !!

Salem is SO COOL !! I didn't know the guy who voiced him was involved in so many other things !!

Melissa directed the remake for Watcher In The Woods, I think it was made for Lifetime. Angelica Huston plays the Bette Davis part.

Archie Comics also did Afterlife With Archie which was a horror take on all of the Archie characters. Archie Comics now has a line of horror themed comics not aimed at kids. Including the Sabrina one, also Jughead: The Hunger and Vampironica

Last night the wife and I watched the unaired pilot for the Elvira sitcom The Elvira Show from 1993. It predates the live-action Sabrina sitcom, but obviously not the comic, and it definitely bares major resemblances. Elvira lives with her aunt (played by Katherine Helmond) both are witches, Elivira's niece comes to live with them, and she's a teenage witch. There's also a talking black cat!
