Default Stone Military Academy episodes

It’s interesting that after NBC declined to pick up a series based on the first backdoor pilot, Embassy produced another pilot with the exact same cast, again hoping for pickup. Usually, when an initial pilot fails to sell, the producers change it up (or the networks force them to) if they get another bite at the apple. “Three’s Company”, “All in the Family”, and “Love Boat” all had multiple pilots where they tinkered with the cast. You’d think they would have replaced David Ackroyd as the major, or Ben Marley as the boring fourth roommate.

It's been years since I've seen the Stone episodes, so I guess I can't comment, other than to agree that it's weird they kept everybody, when that never seems to happen.

Although I never even think of any of the other boys since Alfred Webster is the main one here.

I never understood this. Probably NBC wanted to produce this spin off but didn't like something of it and ordered another pilot. Or they simply used again the characters.
Of all the Facts of Life potential spin off shows, this is my least favorite. It would have been a clone of the original show with boys instead of girls and a carbon copy of Welcome Back, Kotter.

This was my favorite spin off attempt. Though there was certainly to high set of standards for spinoffs attempts.

Hai ragione! Ma devo dire che io non odio Molly, lei č solo la lost girl che mi piace di meno, qualche volta la trovo leggermente irritante. L'unico pčrsonaggio che odio veramente č Kelly

E Sam di Diff'rent Strokes

So cosa intendi amico mio!

Bulimia is a good episode mainly because Kimberly is back. I like the eighth season slightly more than the seventh season because it is not so Sam-centric like the previous one and some episodes are enjoyable

*in my opinion, season 7 is the worst season of the show. Seasons 8 and 6 are slightly better.
Seasons 1-4 are the best, season 5 is ok, 6-8 are terrible

Like you, I appreciate that they brought Kimberly back for "Bulimia". We even get to see her in the opening credits, even though her name doesn't appear.

I really appreciated they put her in the opening credits. It's a little tribute to the show's early years
