I have decided to purchase the series. I got season 1 for $7 shipped to the house and season 4 for $20 to the house. The rest are like $30+ per season.
Any suggestions? |

Buy 'em. Nothing good is free.

See if you can download the Tubi app. If you can, the entire series is there for free. The only catch is you do have to watch a commercial or two.

oldies.com or moviezyng.com. I've bought from oldies.com, and a contact of mine has bought from moviezyng.com. I did not check either to see if they have FKB, but they might. Either might have better prices than Amazon, but it strikes me that oldies.com has pretty high shipping prices.

In my opinion Ebay is VERY risky on DVD sets. You stand a chance of getting illegally ripped sets that don't play right.
I'm not sure why any season of FKB would be running $30, unless they're now discontinued. Another place you could check is the Shout Factory site itself. |

I am on there right now and if I buy at least two seasons at a time I can get free shipping so that beats Amazons $35 for seasons 5&6

Ebay is OK for buying DVD's as long as you're careful who you buy from. I've made several DVD purchases on Ebay and never had a problem, never ended up with a bootleg. A few years ago on Ebay I found a good deal for seasons 1-4 of Lou Grant, the price was $48 which is $12 per season. Also found a good deal for the complete series of Voyage To The Bottom Of The Sea, I paid $67 for that one.

I almost got in trouble with Dark Shadows on there but was saved by (as Fact Fan said) the feedback comments.
Maybe that was too strong a comment I made. Better would be to research the seller before buying. |

I don't feel great about eBay, might be unwarranted, but...
