No Poppy, but in "Dope", Tootie jokingly mentions a Poopy, Bippy, Dippy, and Snitsy. Later, Tumpy mentions Bitsy, who is a real student.

What F.A.C.T. is that? The first name she says doesn't sound like "Poopsie" to me. Sounds like Poopy.

Were there any other episodes where they played up the snooty/mean girl aspect of the boarding school? I remember Margo in TNG2, but that’s about it. The main characters were surprisingly grounded.

Margo in TNG2 is a good example. Tumpy, Emily, and Gail in "The Group" (in the episode "Dope") was a "mean girl" moment (Nancy isn't allowed in "The Group"), and in "Sex Symbol", Sue Ann, Nancy, and Cindy make fun of Natalie and Helen in a very "mean girls" way. There was also gossip about Mrs. Garrett in "Gossip", and some mean moments in "Kids Can Be Cruel".

Boots was also snobby, but that was post-Eastland.

They should have had Margo in more episodes. She could have been a villain in the Newman of Seinfeld vain.
