This is my favorite recent TV commercial. Funny and well done. Quite a few others like it, too, going by comments on youtube. The actress is very good. According to research, it stopped running on TV in January.

Something I can't figure out. It seems like she says "I do spin class." What does that mean?

That she's supposed to be really fit and healthy because spin class is an exercise class.
