This was a good episode, and could have hit home much harder if they had used Sue Ann, Nancy, or Cindy as “Louise”.

Also, it’s funny that no matter how many times Natalie is replaced as editor of The Eastlander, she always manages to get the job back again.

Yep. We've discussed, here, how if they had used Nancy, it would have hit a bit harder. But even with the random walk-on girl, I still feel like it was a solid episode.

Hey, Eastland barely has enough regular and recurring students to fill a single classroom; that's why Natalie keeps getting the job back: there's no-one else to do it!

Oh wow, Nancy would have been a GREAT choice!! I’ve always liked this episode because it sort of brought in a tough subject without shoving it down your throat. I of course, would have enjoyed a more in depth conversation between mrs g and Louise, but we all know in real life she would have probably never found out who the girl was.

Yeah, the thing about it being Nancy instead of Louise is that we witnessed the long-term relationship between Nancy and Roger, so seeing potential bad consequences of that relationship would have made that an interesting turn of events.

But even just with "Louise", I felt like the episode was handled well.
