Default Characters Never Shown Onscreen...Who Would You Cast?

Over the years Facts mentioned characters you never saw onscreen. If you had a chance to cast those parts, who would you choose ? Some characters mentioned, but never shown:

A few examples

Greg Hockney.....Blair's date in Rough Housing. He winks at Cindy at the Harvest dance.

Roger....Nancy's sex crazed boyfriend

Mrs. Moose Jaw Muldoon....Natalie's teacher she trashes in her diary

Molly's Mother....mentioned in Molly's Holiday

Waldo Wilbur......Blair's fake husband in her marriage assignment....Blair say's they were looking at twin beds if that tells you anything.

Typically I don't want unseen characters to be seen. Not seeing them is half the fun!

However, I will make an exception here: Greg Hockney. If for no other reason than to have an episode where it really is "woman against woman" as Cindy and Blair vie for the attentions of Greg, who is smitten with both of them and can't decide where his heart is.

Molly's mother was suppose to be seen, but was written out of the script. Perhaps she was busy making Mrs. G. some banana cream pies.

Oh, I have no idea who I'd cast as Greg. I was just saying IF I had to see an mentioned-but-never-seen character, it would probably be him.

Then again, Cindy's father sounds like a hoot, the way he explained sex to his daughter!

They would of had cast a total goofball. Why do images of Rodney Dangerfield or Ted Knight pop into my mind as Mr. Webster

Hm, that's not the image I have at all, lol. I picture a brown-haired man much younger.

Ooh, good topic, Hoagie!

For Roger, I think I would have cast Scott Baio. Scott and Felice had good chemistry. And we know Scott was already hanging out on set anyway. Might as well pay him for what he's already doing!

No Michael Biehn. He was born in 1956, and would have been almost 24 years old, winking at a 14-year-old girl. No. What are you, a FOL producer?

For me, I just don't really picture Roger as having "Tiger Beat" looks so to speak, lol (or that short, lol).

For the height issue, they could just do what they did for Michael Landon and Michael J Fox: put lifts in his shoes.

That'd be hard for long shots though, lol. Scott's still too "photogenic" for my Roger; but maybe not for your Roger, lol.
