The girl who played Hotsie Totsie should have been the Judy Borden Character
Since that character was always made fun of and laughed at like she was so unattractive. The girl who played Hotsie was unattractive and would have fit that Judy Borden character a lot better. Especially since all the sweathoggs acted like she was so unattractive.
the girl who played Judy was a hottie and should have definitely been the Hotsie Totsie character
