Default And Justice For Jack

I recently watched this episode in its entirety for the first time in a while; did anyone else get an uneasy feeling with the way they handled unwanted sexual attention in it? Larry and Janet laughed at Jack's problem, and the ending alluded to Jack "asking for it" by being attractive.

That judge was extremely unfair to Jack. Jack was definitely sexually harassed by his boss and he never did get any justice.

Then ending was stupid because it wouldn't have mattered what type of perfume Jack wore in a real court of law.

But it was unrealistic(which TV is on a regular basis) for Jack to refuse that lady's advances. She may have been older but was attractive & the vast majority of men would've just given in/slept with her!

Jack was too sexy for the judge. He blew his case.

Not all men are mindless horn-dogs. Jack had standards.

No, he didn't.

Even John knew this. Once I saw John describe Jack Tripper & John said Jack would "hump lampposts"!

Those standards are about as low as you can get!

The real reason is why did Jack feel the need to fight for a low wage sandwich shop job

Now if he was applying for UC then that would make sense but it seemed like in a big city like LA he could have tripped and stumbled into another one of those jobs

Evidently, that statement is false as Jack declined to sleep with his boss.
And yes, Jack was old fashioned as he also declined to sleep with his ex=girlfriend who only wanted him to be a sperm donor.

It wasnt that she was coming on to him, it was that she was doing it while he was cooking

She also came on to him after the diner was closed, and when he turned her down, that's when she fired him.
