Default Spinoff idea: Dina and Jessie

Blair’s snobby friend Dina Becker loses all her money and has to move in with Jo’s streetwise friend Jessie. Hold onto your sides as rich clashes with poor! Hilarity ensues as two frenemies learn to live with each other. And whenever they’re feeling really down, they can hang out at the local greasy spoon, where they get advice from salty-yet-tender waitress Bernice and Mike, the pimp with a heart of gold.

It's a good idea, I like it! It's a mix of FOL (the rich and spoiled girl and the streetwise tomboy), DS (you take in a person like Mr. D did with Arnold and Willis) and Three's Company (three, in this case two, roomates and their friends)

This is actually an interesting idea and something i'd watch. Those two girls living together would be a hoot....but I fear Dina wouldn't live out the week with Jessie there. That girl had a bit of a psycho streak to her and she actually scared me lol.

Ha ha ha DINA BECKER would definitely kill JESSIE with a butcher knife! (we've seen what she did on 'FRIDAY THE 13TH PART 3')

I forgot valentina. Yeah, if she can take on Jason, then Jessie would be small potatoes in comparison!

I do love the idea of DINA BECKER and JESSIE though: it'll be a bit like watching JO vs BLAIR (although i wonder if she's got a 'heart of gold' too...)

Well, Dina was SOOOOOO over the top that it would be really hard to take her in a weekly series, especially if you binged on it, lol. But I LOVE her ridiculous over the top ways in "New York, New York".

Or instead of Jessie taking her in (would she have enough heart to?? lol), it would be funny if they both either got in trouble somehow and were forced to live together, or if they both tried to get a room somewhere and only one was left, so they were forced to share (though with their economic differences that would be pretty hard to imagine Dina that down on her luck, lol).

Dana Kimmell was excellent as Dina Becker. Dana in real life is very religious like Lisa and later left acting to raise her family. I assume she also did not like the kinds of roles she was being offered.

I wish Dina had been Blair's sister or stepsister and she had made frequent visits.

I'd watch that, or the original spin-off idea.

And we all pretty much knew what happened to Alexa Kenin who played Jessie.
