Oh no !! Yeah, you are right ! No I didn't mean to put it there! I guess I could contact TJ and have him move it to the appropriate place ! ? I think it might be an interesting topic? I am hoping I get some responses! It's not meant to be a morbid, negative thread, more like one to give us hope! We got through that one 100 years ago, so we can surely get through this one !

You could ask TJ, or just change it yourself. Start a new Chit Chat thread with that title and copy and paste your original post into it, then go back to the original thread, cut out what post #1 said and write delete there, and change the title to Please Delete, then hit Save.

You’ll be masked, so do it. Imagine if the store worker got the reference!

Just had a thought. Does that mean Ed and Vicky were also apart, or was Vicky with them?

Now this, this gets complicated....

Max was in Lincoln, Nebraska when he left on a flight for Dallas. Because there was a stopover in St. Louis and a stewardess flying from LA to Chicago got sick over Phoenix so Max had to sub for her. Then the flight to Chicago got diverted to Des Moine but had to land in Lincoln due to snow.

So I'm watching The Best Thing I Ever Ate right now, and Duff Goldman just appeared saying that he’s the host of Kids Baking Championship.

Yeah, I guess Ed was still married to Vicky at that point? She didn't come with Ed to Barbara's wedding a couple or few years later ! Were they still together than and she just blew it off? Or were they separated by than? Or did the writers just think we all forgot about Vicky at that point?

Realistically , Julie did marry Max in a whirlwind courtship in Oct. Possibly Ed and Julie already made the New Years ski trip plan before Max even came in into the picture , and he did have to work that senior citizen flight to Florida , so time frame wise he couldn't really have come along on the ski trip ! Wondering why Barbara wasn't invited along too with Ed and Julie? Maybe thinking Ann would be lonely on New Years if they both went?

Schneider the model ep. right? I always just hoped Max would show up soon and never really listened to the logic or illogic of that flight diversion !

I love that ep. !!Max and Schneider were so cute getting drunk together ! I think they really were developing their Big guy/Biggest guy relationship than!!

Mark and Schneider never seemed to have the bond that Max and Schneider did!!

Ed and Vicky eventually split up? I don't remember that ever being mentioned.

It probably never was mentioned. After the girls got older Ed wasn't really part of the show at all . After the two parter where he didn't want to pay child support anymore and got drunk. That was the beginning of Season 4 right? Than he was supposed to be on the phone yelling at Ann when he found out Julie was getting married, they didn't even bother to have him in the episodes besides the phone call! Than after that, just the mention of the ski trip with Julie ! Than he showed up in Barbara's wedding and than he was gone from the show entirely ! Never even a mention when his Granddaughter Annie was born ! So yeah, the writers probably thought nobody really cared what happened to his and Vicky's marriage and just let that storyline drop!
