I don't believe there's one specific soup you have to have. Can't tell from the photo what he's got there.

A sweet old man, but young enough to know how to do a Seder over the internet. Which I suppose is how a lot of Easter services will be done today.

So The Bible with Roma Downey marathon is on History right now, and not all of the episodes are being shown.

They aren’t even showing the episodes in order.

Since you couldn’t go to church or gather with people, what did you do on Easter?

I watched two separate masses on TV ! The first one was nice and joyous , it was prerecorded before the pandemic and had the choir, congregation and communion ! The second one was kinda sad! Just a priest and a lector ( standing so far apart ) preaching to a big empty church ! One lady singing and an organist , which was nice , but if would have been so much nicer with a whole choir at an Easter mass , and no communion distribution of course cause there were no people there , that part was really weird and sad!

We cooked our ham and it turned out really good, along with the potato salad I made which was really good too ( patting myself on the back) , called and texted family and friends , drank beer, watched a lot of the Welcome back Kotter marathon and posted here on S.O. !

Very dreary cold rainy day, so it was nice and cozy in the house! A nice Easter considering the world situation !!

How are you doing ? You weren't around here after the morning !

After I tossed in various greetings I figured you guys would be doing whatever Easter things you could do with whoever you were sheltered with and wouldn’t be posting much (like when it’s quiet here on Christmas). So I just did other things.

You watched Kotter? Did you know Welcome Back Kotter was a spin-off of Maude?

I had a good Easter. Had a nice meal of ham and mashed potatoes, and watched Touched By An Angel, Hogan’s Heroes, and an Alfred Hitchcock movie called Rear Window.
