Nancy was indeed gorgeous, but for me, growing up, the cutest girls were Cindy and Sue Ann. I had such a crush!

It's funny you mention it, because there are sooo many early 1980s newspaper interviews with Felice, where the reporter mentions her resemblance to Brooke Shields. And I believe Felice was a stand-in or body double for Brooke on one or more films.

There were rumors that Felice did the nude scenes for Brooke Shields in Blue Lagoon, but that turned out to be false. Another body double did it and her name is on the internet.

Really? I have seen the Blue Lagoon statement about Felice enough times that I believed it, but I'm glad to know it wasn't actually her. If it had just been on the Internet, I would have taken it with a grain of salt. But I had seen enough articles in legitimate newspaper articles that I truly believed it.

But I believe what you say; it's just that there has been enough mention of it in print that it sounded believable.

It always made me uncomfortable that Brooke Shields' mother really pushed for Brooke to do underage nude scenes (it's well documented that Brooke did appear nude in Pretty Baby, which of course was the inspiration for FOL episode "Pretty Babies"), so I'm glad an over-18 stand-in was used for Blue Lagoon. I'm also glad Felice didn't get involved in that.

The dvd just came today and I just watched the Girl's School. I'm not really a big DS fan...but if you recommend any episodes that focus on Mrs. G, i'll give them a look.

EDIT: Ok, I just finished all 9 pages! Even the Sesame Street talk lol.

I still have to see season 1 because all this talk about those damn Lost Girls still confuses me! I have to get to know them more, but damn you guys know EVERYTHING about them! It's amazing what an impact that first season had on some fans! I'm sure it must make them feel really good and a nice consolation to being booted off the show.

Yes valentina, cfr told us in another thread he's not a DS fan, and only wants the set for this episode.

cfr, Mrs. Garrett has 1 episode about her on the season 1 set. And if you ever see the season 2 set, she has one episode about her there too.

And guess who Mrs. Garrett mentions on DS??
