Default Pluto TV

I was wondering why on the nick games channel they don’t air original Double Dare and other games like Finders Keepers and other seasons of Legends & Guts?
Why do they keep repeating the same commercials about Americans musical Family and keep saying tonight at 7?

On Bzzzrr Why don’t they air The Price Is Right 70’s, 80’s, 90’s?

I’ve wondered on why a lot of the Classic Channels they don’t air Fan Favorites like original Double Dare & The Price Is Right 70’s, 80’s, 90’s.

They likely do not have the rights to air them.

Short answer... The Price is Right is likely too much of a headache at this time.

Between Bob's "NO FUR" stance that removed a lot of classic episodes from reruns back in the '90s, rumors of issues with former models, and the fact that TPIR is still an ongoing concern, Fremantle has just left it off the schedule for Buzzr, and denied it to GSN for 15 years before that.

It's been like this for months, not the first time, especially with promos and commercials.

Also with other shows it's been repeating these episodes only per season. I recalled they updated/refreshed episodes only last Oct or Nov 2019..

That’s a shame. So basically, fans are denied The Price Is Right from the 70’s,80’s,90’s. I know there is a few episodes on you tube. I miss the original music and some of the original games.Barker and the models I thought had good chemistry on screen as I remember.

I guess this explains why Drew hasn’t had the past models on the today version. I know a few years ago they had a Classic week and I found it odd that they never mentioned Janice, Diane, Holly, Kathleen in addition no shirts from the audience mentioning them.

Regarding nick games on Pluto does this mean every few months they update and switch out commercials and episodes?

ahh ok, I watch Joy of Painting when I was younger. Didnt know that lol. Also like how Pluto TV has a 24/7 One Day at a Time channel even though they have All in the Family on that channel too, not complaining though. I love All in the Family, I would prefer Too Close for Comfort than One Day at a Time, but its good too.

I would love to see Finder Keepers, Nick Arcade and Global Guts come to Nick Games.

It's nice that they have the original One Day At A Time on there.

Regarding The Price is Right...per the Buzzr FAQ.

https://woobox.com/tqrcxv

"The Price is Right is owned by Fremantle, so why isn’t it on air? True! Fremantle does own The Price Is Right, but it currently remains exclusive to Fremantle's broadcast partner and because BUZZR supports all of Fremantle's existing relationships, The Price Is Right does not currently air on BUZZR."

Uploads of Original Double Dare are currently viewed on Dailymotion. Also, Uploaded The Price is Right episodes from the 70s, 80s & 90s are being shown on both YouTube, Dailymotion & Archive.org. I think neither shows have not been airing on either of these respective Pluto TV channels but the Trebek Double Dare have been shown on Buzzr long before.
