I remember seeing another kid in season 2 episode where Kevin has to dance with the nerdy weird girl from school, when Randy is making fun of Kevin there was another kid that looks like him with different hair was that his brother ?

From what I remember nothing was ever mentioned of Randy Mitchell having a Brother. I don't even think "Randy Mitchell" even had a name yet in the Square Dancing Episode.
