Decades does not have streaming rights to it shows

Folk TV streams their shows as well. They have some good shows - Dragnet (1950’s), Route 66, Ozzie & Harriet, My Little Margie, Roy Rogers, The Real McCoys, Red Skelton, The Saint, Danger Man, and some movies. On FIOS in Philly it is channel 229 (labeled as MNet).

I wonder if they’re streaming the actual feed, or if they’re doing substitutions in the cases where they don’t have streaming rights. I checked a few minutes ago and it should be “The Doctors”. But instead they’re showing some ancient-looking B&W show or movie.

Thanks. Their streaming schedule is a bit different than their OTA schedule. No Doctor Who, The Doctors, or Crosswords at first glance. They must not have the streaming rights to those shows.
