Default Cozi TV now showing movies

I saw a promo a few weeks ago advertising Dirty Dancing along with Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights which will be airing this Friday and Saturday on Cozi TV.

Will this be permanent, or is this just a one time only thing?

Cool! I hope COZI starts showing old movies on a regular basis!

I could be wrong, but I don't think Cozi can show either Munster Go Home or The Ghost and Mr. Chicken because Me-TV currently has the rights to them and air them on Svengoolie from time to time. They probably can't also air the classic Universal monster flicks like Frankenstein, Dracula, & The Invisible Man.

Thumbs down

I'm not happy about this decision. I watch COZI for TV shows, not movies. There's plenty of channels out there for people to get their movie fix without COZI or any other retro channel adding them to their schedule.

I agree with you Zone Boy that the station should be tv vs movies.

We lost This-TV a few months back (replaced with Court TV). That channel showed a nice variety of movies and I miss it. I did notice Cozi now has some films, but I must admit I don’t watch the channel that regularly.

I put the channel on Fri night to watch Roseanne and saw Dirty Dancing playing and was not happy. Either be a sitcom channel or movie channel. I don't want both.

It looks like these movies are indeed permanent. There's an airing of Dirty Dancing along with Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights coming up on Sunday, March 22 at 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
