Other - Herman Munster. I like both Lurch and Bull, too, but Herman's one of my all-time favorite sitcom characters.

Herman Munster, Bull Shannon, and Lurch are all good characters. One tall character that hasn't been mentioned yet and is one of my favorites is Dauber Dybinski from Coach.
