Well, I do think she liked everyone the same,Karli , but I think It was Jo because they really were friends deep down. They may not have shown it with their fights, but they were close. They survived 8 years didn't they?

I think Jo liked Blair the most. They obviously understood each other very well, and it was obvious they trusted each other greatly.

Second would probably have to be Mrs. G. Mrs. G was like a mother figure to Blair. She was always there for that, and I think Blair realized that and was eternally greatful.

I think i'll have to agree with you: MRS G was BLAIR'S favourite in season 1 and she became her confidante. Whereas on season 2 onward, JO was her number one, along with MRS G as her mother figure (the mother figure she never got from MONICA WARNER lol)

Blair likes Mrs. Garrett the most. She probably treated Sue Ann the worse. Basically made Sue Ann to be her servant. Sue Ann was one of those people who felt she needed to hang around the cool kid no matter how badly they treated her and convinced herself that Blair was her friend.

But Blair was her friend. She was just more of a "frienemy" that season because she was obnoxious and unskilled at making true friends. But she tells Sue Ann in "Dope" that Sue Ann is her best friend.

I agree with you: BLAIR likes MRS G the most, and in a way i feel that she looked up to her and respected her more than her own mother (it's almost like she worshiped her, and hang on every word the wise older lady said) and was always seeking for her advice.
I know sometimes BLAIR could be rude and bratty to MRS G, but i always felt they had a deep connection and a great chemistry on the set.
