NickSplat Rebrands as NickRewind - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

NickSplat has officially been rebranded as NickRewind. The name change originally took place on March 15th on their YouTube channel, and yesterday, March 18th, the name change has been reflected on all social media accounts. The schedule, as of now, still remains the same.

The description of the video above, posted on NickRewind's channel, says in part:

"The NickRewind channel is the OFFICIAL home of your favorite ‘80s, ‘90s, and ‘00s cartoons and shows. That’s right—we’re talking all of your slime-covered Nickelodeon childhood dreams come true! Tune in every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for exclusive digital content from all of your throwback favorites like Rugrats, Hey Arnold, iCarly, Victorious, Kenan & Kel, CatDog, Doug, Rocko’s Modern Life, The Amanda Show, Clarissa Explains It All, Ren & Stimpy, Are You Afraid of the Dark, and so much more!"

Just to be clear, this is NOT a new TV channel, just a rebrand of the block. Not sure what kind of digital content they'll post, so we'll have to wait and see. Well, Viacom, I guess the fourth time's the charm, right?

As of last night, during NickRewind, they showed 90s music videos like Backstreet Boys - I Want It That Way, Spice Girls - Wannabe, etc..

Fact is the Nickelodeon programming from the 1980s & the 1990s should be the primary focus of the now NickRewind block. earlier this week, i look at twitter and i see the NickRewind logo on the twitterfeed.

Victorious and iCarly are still in TeenNick block, not NickRewind

I don't know any of those shows, they must be all 90's and later. I wish they'd make a 70's/80's Nick retro channel.

Starting Mon Jul 15, NickRewind is getting reduced to 4AM-6AM

Starting at 8PM-4AM most MTV and AwesomenessTV shows will be airing under TeenNick brand. Not Nickelodeon show AwesomenessTV.

Sun night: Rocko marathon

Then starting Monday:
